12 Hour CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE POLICY
We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect to Nico and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 12-hour notice if you need to cancel/reschedule a barber service appointment online.

To cancel/reschedule your appointment, please see your email confirmation of your scheduled appointment to cancel and/or reschedule.
*NOTE* You will not be able to make changes or cancel 12 hours before your appointment.

DEPOSIT POLICY
A deposit is required to book a hair appointment. The deposit will go towards your hair appointment price. If you either miss, no call, or no show the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE

LATENESS POLICY
Please note that if you are over 5 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made.

If we do not hear from you within 5 minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” we will make a note.  **Deposit will be NON-REFUNDABLE.

For all future, late appointments we have the right to NO longer take future appointments from clients.

MISSED APPOINTMENT / NO SHOW POLICY
The first time a client misses an appointment, we will make a note and will charge full price.  **Deposit will be NON-REFUNDABLE.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Nico’s SMP and Hair Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff and with our clients. We have the right to NO longer take future appointments.
